CANCELLATION POLICY
Please keep in mind that all sales are final, there’s is no refunds. There is a 15 minute late grace period. Once the grace period hits, it will result in cancelling your appointment, and being charged 100% of your scheduled service. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. if you no-show again, you will be banned from booking.
